Delivery details
Enter the recipient’s full name, delivery address, postal code, email and mobile phone number with the country code. The courier needs your phone number to arrange delivery.
If you notice an incorrect address or contact detail, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. If the parcel has already been handed to the carrier, we will check whether changes are still possible.
Receiving your parcel
Check the email and phone number provided with your order for delivery information. If you receive a tracking link, use it to follow the parcel. Contact us if you cannot receive your parcel or have questions about its status.
Damaged or incorrect item
Inspect the packaging and artwork upon receipt. If you find damage or receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the packaging and item. We recommend keeping the packaging until the issue is resolved. These recommendations do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
